Itinerary

TRANSPORTATION

When you land at the Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, proceed to the baggage claim area to pick up your luggage.

At the entrance of the baggage claim area, please look for a Hello Arizona staff member/or chauffeured driver with a logo/name sign. Guests will need to identify themselves to the Hello Arizona staff or driver. The staff/driver will then assist guests with their luggage and escort them to the waiting transportation.

Should you have a flight cancellation or have trouble connecting with the driver, please contact Cori Brown with Hello Arizona at 480.748.7302. There is no need to call with flight delays as they track all incoming flights.

HOTEL CHECK IN

When you arrive at the hotel, please introduce yourselves at the desk as a member of the Incentive Services Top Performer’s Group. The hotel will ask you for your personal credit card number when you check in and a Driver’s License or Passport for identification. Incentive Services will cover the cost of your room, tax, luggage transport to your room, maid service, resort fee, as well as designated meals and scheduled activities on January 26th, 27th, 28th. Personal miscellaneous charges to your room will go on your credit card.

As you are checking in, be sure to pick up the INCENTIVE SERVICES INFORMATION PACKET at the front desk with all the hotel information and scheduled activities that will be taking place during the trip. For billing purposes, remember to ALWAYS identify yourself with the Incentive Services Group when you participate in any of the activities.

This year, we will issue a food and beverage room credit of $150.00 per couple for Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday to use in the restaurants or lounges on property. This can be used for breakfast or lunch, or beverages and snacks. The different restaurants and lounges will be listed in a brochure in your rooms. The Concierge also can direct you to all restaurants and activities.

EVENING DINING

Dress at the Phoenician is resort casual. For our dinners, I would suggest a sweater or sport coat for the men. Since our cocktail reception Thursday is outdoors, and it may be a little chilly, a sweater or wrap might be appropriate for the women. Friday and Saturday evenings are indoor events.

Our first Group Event is a reception and dinner Thursday evening at 6:00 pm at the Mowry & Cotton, Verdigris Room. It is located in the lower level of the hotel. Proceed to the outdoor patio for the reception.

Friday dinner is at 7:30 pm at The Mission Old Town Restaurant. The restaurant is a historic old mission with authentic Mexican and Latin American food. Please arrive at the door of the Ballroom Porte-Cochere at 7:15 pm to meet the Hello Arizona bus that will transport us to the restaurant.

Saturday evening, we will meet at 6:30 pm at the Tavern Roundhouse overlooking the beautiful Phoenician golf course. The restaurant is located on the second level of the Golf Clubhouse, about a five-minute walk from the main lobby. We will have a cocktail hour followed by a delicious dinner where we will reveal our trip location for 2024.

ACTIVITIES

Everyone has made their own travel arrangements, so when you arrive Thursday, you are on your own. After you have checked in, feel free to relax around the pools, explore the property, go for a bike ride, play tennis, use the fitness center, or go for a climb on Camelback Mountain. The trailhead is located a few blocks from the hotel. The Concierge can direct you. There are also several restaurants and lounges on the property as well as boutique shops.
