WHAT ATTRACTIONS
ARE NEARBY?

Old Town Scottsdale is a unique shopping area with an authentic taste of Arizona’s history and culture. The Desert Botanical Garden, the Scottsdale Museum of the West, the Scottsdale Museum of Contemporary Art, and the Musical Instrument Museum are nearby as well.

ARE MY AIRPORT
TRANSFERS COVERED?

Yes, airport transportation will be arranged and covered for all attendees. The closest airport to The Phoencian Resort is the Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, (PHX). More information on your transfer will be communicated to you closer to the trip dates.

WHAT MEALS ARE
INCLUDED?

A food and beverage room credit of $150 per day will be offered per couple for Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday to be used at the multiple restaurants and lounges on property. This can be used for breakfast or lunch, beverages, snacks, and room service. Evening meals are planned for the group on Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

LIKE IN SCOTTSDALE?

The average daily high in late January is in the mid-60s °F and nighttime lows are in the mid-40s °F.

CAN WE ARRIVE EARLY?

Absolutely. The Resort has offered to make arrivals one day early, if rooms are available! Please mark the early arrival date on your registration form. You will cover the resort expense of arriving 1 day early and receive the contracted group rate. The Group rate is $489 per night plus tax & resort fee.

IS THERE A RECOMMENDED
EVENT DRESS CODE?

Dress at The Phoenician is casual. For the dinners, we suggest a sweater or sport coat for the men and a sweater or wrap for women as the evenings can be chilly.
